2009 International Cello Congress and Festival

The Israel Cello Society continues the tradition of an Annual International Cello Congress and Spring Festival during Passover, April 12-17, 2009, under the direction of Dr. DuDu Sella.
This year the Congress and Festival will be held in Jerusalem, in cooperation with the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance, at the Giv'at Ram campus of the Hebrew University. The congress will include open lessons, master classes, lectures, an orchestral concert performed by the Haifa Symphony Orchestra conducted by Doron Solomon, cello recitals and more.
This year, an International Amateur Cello Festival will be held under the direction of Ari Kernerman, coinciding with the activities of the Annual Cello Congress.
